At GIY Crafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are pre-cut paper craft kits, we have the following policy in place:

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the kit is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. To start a return, please email us at buygiycrafts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Opened kits cannot be returned or refunded, as individual pieces may have been removed or used.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at buygiycrafts@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement kit or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
